Terms of Service

1. The service

Screenshots to Video creates short AI-assisted product videos from screenshots. Homepage animations are illustrative previews using a fictional product, not customer work. AI can alter text, interface details and timing; review each result before publishing. We do not guarantee exact pixel preservation, platform approval or marketing performance.

2. Paid render packs

The listed packs cost USD 9.90 for one render, USD 19.90 for three, and USD 29.90 for five. They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Unused render rights have no application expiry. One newly generated successful video uses one render; repeating generation with changed settings is a new request. Re-downloading an existing available result does not use a new render.

3. Reservations and failures

A task reserves a paid render when accepted. A confirmed generation failure releases that reservation. A timeout or temporary status-query error does not prove failure: keep the task and check it again. Retrying an uncertain submission with the same request key does not purchase or reserve a second render.

4. Refund requests

Contact support about an incorrect charge or an unused pack. Automatic full-pack refunds are not supported once a render has been used or is reserved; mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded. A confirmed failed generation returns its render allowance rather than automatically reversing the original pack payment.

5. Inputs and permitted use

Only upload screenshots and other content you are authorized to process. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing material. You remain responsible for rights in third-party screenshots, trademarks and other inputs; buying a render does not license someone else's material. Output use is also subject to applicable provider terms.

6. Storage and results

Input screenshots become unavailable for new requests after 24 hours and are shared with the provider by time-limited links. Generated download availability depends on the provider; download your completed results. See the Privacy Policy for local drafts and third-party processing.

7. Accounts and support

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not attempt to bypass payment, access another person's assets or abuse the service. We may restrict abusive use. Contact support through the Contact page for purchase and task questions.
